How to play
- Tap chips to place your bet, then Deal. You get two cards; the dealer shows one.
- Get closer to 21 than the dealer without going over. Face cards count 10 and an ace counts 1 or 11.
- Hit to take a card, stand to keep your total, double to double the bet for exactly one more card, split a pair into two hands, or surrender half the bet where the table allows it.
- The dealer then plays by fixed rules printed on the felt. A blackjack (an ace and a ten-value card) pays 3 to 2 at a good table.
The trainer
In Trainer mode the game checks each decision against basic strategy for the table’s rules, or against perfect play for the exact cards. Ask for a hint before you act; if you pick a worse play, it shows the better one and what the difference is worth on average.
